Great flavor, I don't have any negative reaction and my hooha seems to be doing good. The dose of slippery elm in here is low so it doesn't do a whole lot for added moisture but it does do a little if you're a younger woman. I am 46 and need a little more help. I take this plus a slippery elm supplement which is perfect

On my 2nd pack! Not sure about the odor control, immune defense, and pH Balance claims as I don’t really have those issues to begin with.
